Sam O'Connor - Floor Coach
My passion is people moving for health. I have a genuine belief that good nutrition, eating enough but not too much, combined with functional movements performed at high intensity can stave off many metabolic diseases that plague the modern world. Perhaps I am further down the rabbit hole than most, but I have seen the difference that real food and the right combination movements and hard work can have on someone’s quality of life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everybody is built differently, and while functional movements (things that your body was built to do, movements that move large loads long distances quickly) are at the core of a good strength and conditioning program; we need to consider the nuances of the individual. We know that we can increase your fitness, and therefore your health, most quickly by addressing your biggest areas of weakness first. And since no two people are identical, it makes sense for each individual to be following a program that addresses their own weaknesses most efficiently.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everyone’s fitness journey starts and ends in a different place, taking vastly different routes. Through investing the time in your understanding of nutrition, movement, intensity and capacity we can take control of your fitness and as a result deliver results that are most obvious outside of the gym.
