The fitness industry is failing people. Only 29% of members stay active at their gym with a massive 44% dropping out within the year and the other 27% considered ‘low usage’ (eg low results). Wasting them approx £55 p/m for it (south-east England).

Our aim is to finally get you a lifelong fitness transformation. To get fit, feel good and look awesome!

 
 

So what is a fitness transformation?

We like to think we’re the first fit pro’s to really define what a transformation means. Something that is clear, concise and motivating! And without bullsh*tting you.. This isn’t a “6 weeks to rock hard abs.”

We break this down into 3 categories:

  1. Looks. Let’s face it, we all want to look good and be confident in our bodies. The way to do it? Lose body fat and increase muscle tissue. Unfortunately not everyone has access to a body scanner so we’ve compiled past members results that are particularly impressive to figure out that a 7% loss of body weight yields quite the change in body shape! So that’s the target… At least 7% loss of total body weight.

  2. Performance. It’s all well and good looking fit, but I’m sure you want to actually be fit too! We break fitness into 2, strength and conditioning. For strength we consider a 15% increase in total strength a transformation using primal movement patterns (see the FAQ). And also a 15% increase in aerobic conditioning, using a rower, bike or running as a marker for this.

  3. Feel. Having a sick pack but feeling like rubbish every day isn’t something to aspire to. Using an average marker of 1-10 on how your energy levels feel day to day we want to see at least an improvement of one point!

Imagine yourself .. 7% less body fat, 15% stronger and 15% aerobically fitter. We hope that excites you! Because we get excited at the thought of members getting these kind of results, and going even further.

  • How long will that take?

    We’ll be honest here and say we do not know! Your lifestyle, habits, environment etc.. all have an impact. No two people are the same. For some it’s 12 weeks, others it’s 12 months. But one thing we can promise is that we’ll work extremely hard with you to get you there.

  • Can you be trusted?

    We really do want you to become a success story! And what happens when you do? Well hopefully you stay with us and continue your progress further than ever before.   • What methods do you use?

    Looks: You will be given calorie and macronutrient targets based off your initial questionnaire. But we don’t want you tracking for the rest of your days. We also take you through the habits that underpin a lifestyle change for a lifetime.

    Performance: Our strength program is based off primal movement patterns of pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, twisting and lunging. For the conditioning program you will choose either to row, run or bike your way through progressive aerobic intervals. If you don’t have access to gym equipment then not to worry, we’ll advise you on the cheapest and most effective way to kit yourself out.

    Feel: As with the nutritional habits you will be taken through lifestyle habits to practice and implement for life long change to your energy levels and how you feel.

Pricing

We have 2 options to achieve your fitness transformation. On-site of off-site. For those that live close enough and want a closer relationship with their coach who will take them through every step of the way, on-site is the option for you. Live further afield and feel like you don’t need as much 1:1 attention, then off-site is the one.

Off-SIte:

The average gym membership in the UK costs £35 p/m and only has a 29% chance you’ll even be an active member. Our off-site membership costs the same at £35 p/m but we’re not going to let you just drop out on us!
